Job Summary

This role seeks an experienced professional to lead a cross-functional team dedicated to the specification, development, and quality assurance of advanced robot cells. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing team budgets and planning tasks, coordinating complex development efforts with both internal teams and external robotics partners and suppliers, and serving as the primary technical expert in requirements engineering and quality assurance. The successful candidate will also be responsible for defining system behavior and supporting comprehensive system documentation. Key qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Mechatronics, several years of relevant professional experience, and strong knowledge of software architecture and mechatronics/robotics. Ideal candidates possess initial leadership experience and strong social skills.
