Job Summary

This role is centered on providing essential 1st Level IT Support and ensuring the continuous operation of critical system environments for a prominent IT service provider in Nuremberg. Daily responsibilities include processing incoming support tickets strictly adhering to defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs), performing detailed troubleshooting, and actively managing software maintenance and patch deployment. A core component of the job is maintaining professional customer communication via phone, email, and ticket systems, ensuring regular status updates and meticulous documentation within the ticketing system. Successful candidates must possess a completed vocational qualification, such as an IT Specialist for System Integration or System Electronics Technician, coupled with proven experience in telephone support. Fundamental knowledge of operating systems, standard Office environments, mobile devices, and basic routing and switching is required. This position offers a permanent contract and the option for mobile working.
