Job Summary

This role is an exciting opportunity for an aspiring IT professional to join Leica Biosystems, a Danaher company focused on advancing cancer diagnostics, based 100% on-site in Wetzlar, Germany. The successful candidate will provide essential 1st and 2nd level IT support across EMEA, ensuring reliable handling of service requests and technical disruptions while maintaining excellent customer service. Key responsibilities include managing user accounts and groups in Active Directory, handling hardware procurement, and supporting employee onboarding/offboarding processes. This position requires strong communication skills in both German and English, practical experience in IT support, and solid knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and Office 365.
