Job Summary

This role involves driving the introduction and strategic alignment of the Kubernetes environment within E.ON Group's shared process network platform (OT, IoT). The specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing highly available and secure system infrastructures, incorporating industry trends, and collaborating across departments. Key daily tasks include designing new containerization applications, continuously developing these systems with personal input, and ensuring cybersecurity through regular audits. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Information Technology, IT Security, or a related field, possesses professional experience operating an on-prem Kubernetes platform, and is familiar with technologies like OpenShift/OKD, Rancher, CI/CD pipelines, and ArgoCD.
