Job Summary

This role involves working within the Information Security team at HAMBURG WASSER, a critical infrastructure provider managing the full water cycle. The specialist will be crucial in maintaining and advancing the organization's security posture, particularly within the KRITIS (Critical Infrastructure) environment. Key responsibilities include the development, documentation, and continuous improvement of the Information Security Management System (ISMS) based on ISO 27001 and BSI IT-Grundschutz standards. Day-to-day tasks involve conducting thorough risk analyses, providing expert security consultation for internal projects, educating employees on security awareness, and managing incident response and analysis. The ideal candidate brings a Master's degree and deep expertise in security architectures (e.g., SIEM, IAM, Firewalls) and regulatory compliance (NIS2, KRITIS).
