Job Summary

This role at HAMBURG WASSER involves leading the Instrumentation, Control, and Electrical Engineering (EMSR) Group, which manages the entire water cycle from drinking water supply to wastewater disposal. The Lead Electrical Engineer is responsible for the disciplinary and technical management of the team, overseeing personnel deployment, and actively optimizing technical procedures and cost structures. A core component of the job is acting as the client representative for construction projects and ensuring compliance with relevant contractor duties. Candidates must possess a Master’s or Diploma in Electrical Engineering and bring multi-year professional experience in a planning capacity, ideally within a utility company. The position requires comprehensive knowledge of German construction and engineering regulations (HOAI, VOB).
