Job Summary

This role involves conceptualizing and leading complex high-voltage construction projects, specifically focusing on 110kV line construction within the Avacon network area. The Project Manager will be responsible for internal investment measures aimed at expanding, renewing, and upgrading the high-voltage grid, particularly for integrating renewable energy sources. Day-to-day tasks include developing technical and economic solutions within interdisciplinary teams, managing project budgets, and overseeing the entire project lifecycle from planning, permitting, calculation, tendering, construction, and commissioning. A strong focus is placed on ensuring high work safety standards, adherence to deadlines, budget control, and risk minimization. The ideal candidate holds a degree in a relevant engineering field (Electrical, Civil, Surveying, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering) and possesses foundational knowledge in project management and energy economics, coupled with fluency in German.
