Job Summary
This role involves providing essential First Level Support and administration services for complex IT infrastructures, focusing on client workstations and server landscapes for medium-sized companies in Munich. The specialist will be responsible for coordinating incident resolution, managing communication with end-users, and handling service requests within the Microsoft ecosystem, including Active Directory, Exchange, Office 365, and Windows Server/SCCM. Key responsibilities include processing incident management tickets, administering end-users and clients, and ensuring compliance with contractual Service Level Agreements (SLAs). The ideal candidate must possess an IT degree or comparable qualification (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration), initial practical experience managing IT infrastructures, and familiarity with ITIL processes, particularly Incident and Change Management. Required Skills
Education

Experience
- Initial practical experience with the operation of complex IT infrastructures
- Experience with ITIL processes, specifically in Incident and Change Management
- Experience in managing Windows Clients and Windows Server systems
