Job Summary

This role is a critical IT Service Technician position focused on providing 1st and 2nd Level IT Support and infrastructure optimization for a major German mechanical engineering company in Munich. The successful candidate will manage the local Service Point inventory on the client's campus, including provisioning loaner notebooks according to instructions and issuing various peripherals, such as those used for Skype for Business (e.g., headphones). You will also be responsible for offering telephone support related to mobile device rollouts and scheduling appointments. Key requirements include a completed vocational training in the IT sector, strong hardware knowledge of PCs, notebooks, and mobile devices (iPhones/iPads), and good proficiency in the German language.
