This role seeks an engaged and qualified Technical Assistant to join an innovative, highly specialized environment focused on transfusion medicine and cell therapy. The core responsibilities involve comprehensive complaint management, including recording and processing issues via SAP, conducting detailed error analysis, and documenting reports in English. You will also be heavily involved in Research and Development support, performing essential laboratory work, measurements, and quality control, as well as developing and executing specialized test methods using human blood for medical devices. Furthermore, the role includes laboratory organization and equipment maintenance. Success requires completed training in a medical or biological field, several years of relevant professional experience, and strong organizational skills.
