Job Summary
This role involves providing essential First-Level IT Support, acting as the primary point of contact for trainees, teachers, and staff regarding IT system usage. Key daily tasks include managing Surface tablets for trainees, administering user accounts and permissions, and actively assisting in the introduction of a new training and continuing education system. The administrator will also contribute to shaping the organization's new IT infrastructure. Candidates should possess a completed education in IT (such as an IT Specialist degree or equivalent) and demonstrate strong service and customer orientation. Required technical experience includes working within the Microsoft ecosystem (Office, Teams, Azure, Intune) and familiarity with server administration, software distribution, network management, and SQL database administration.
