Job Summary

This role involves designing and developing high-performance hardware solutions for an electronics development company in Kiel. The Hardware Developer will be responsible for creating PCB layouts and schematics primarily using Altium Designer, selecting and dimensioning electronic components, and generating comprehensive development documentation. A core part of the job includes performing simulations and tests to optimize circuit solutions, analyzing and resolving technical issues throughout the development lifecycle, and supporting the introduction of new designs into series production. The ideal candidate must possess a degree in Electrical Engineering or a comparable field, coupled with several years of experience in hardware development, strong knowledge of analog and digital circuit technology, and expertise in EMC-compliant design. This is a full-time, permanent position requiring excellent German and English language skills.
