Job Summary

This role seeks an experienced Software Architect to develop and implement comprehensive software architecture concepts, specifically within the domain of Automation Technology for a client in the printing sector located in Lengerich. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and steering software development teams, including external service providers, while maintaining high standards through rigorous code reviews and quality assessments. A key function involves driving innovation by validating new technologies through rapid prototyping and Proof of Concepts. You will collaborate closely with Product Management and UX Design to shape digital products and define the software roadmap, requiring strong communication skills to represent concepts to internal and external stakeholders. Candidates must possess a university degree in Computer Science or a related field, foundational experience as both a developer and architect, and expertise in modern technologies like Cloud/App development, Microservices, and API Design, alongside specific tools such as C#, PHP, and Docker.
