This critical role seeks an Environmental Engineer to join the Occupational Safety/Environmental Protection department in Nettgau. The primary focus is ensuring strict adherence to all applicable environmental laws, including emissions, immissions, and water protection regulations. Day-to-day tasks involve conducting regular facility inspections, evaluating environmental impacts, coordinating necessary improvement measures, and overseeing continuous emissions and immissions measurements. You will independently manage environmental protection projects, act as the primary contact for regulatory authorities concerning emissions control, and train staff across various departments on environmental protection topics. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Environmental Engineering or a related field, possesses professional experience in the industrial environmental sector, and demonstrates strong analytical, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
