Job Summary

This position is for an IMAC Technician based in Hamburg, focusing on providing critical 2nd Level Onsite Support and Field Service for a nationwide service provider. The core responsibilities include managing the Install, Move, Add, and Change (IMAC) lifecycle for all end-user devices, such as notebooks, desktops, printers, and mobile devices. You will also offer 'Smart Hand' assistance for server and network incidents and resolve general end-user technical problems, including operating redundant network environments. Key qualifications include practical experience with Windows 7 and 10 environments, proficiency in Mobile Device Management (MDM), and proven skills in application installation and data backup creation. Good German language skills are required.
