Key daily activities include solution-oriented processing of customer disruptions, adhering strictly to Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and meticulous documentation of issues and resolutions using an ITSM tool. Candidates should possess a relevant IT vocational qualification or initial professional experience in IT support, coupled with practical skills in using ticketing and documentation systems, including remote support experience.
