Job Summary

Key daily responsibilities include conducting both theoretical and practical basic and advanced training sessions, creating detailed educational materials and examination documents, and continuously improving the entire technical training process chain. Candidates must possess a strong technical background in mechatronic systems, specifically encompassing mechanical engineering, refrigeration technology, and electrical engineering, along with proficiency in IT tools like MS Office and MS Teams. The role demands excellent pedagogical and rhetorical skills, strong German fluency, and intermediate English proficiency.
