Job Summary

This role is for a Technical Trainer specializing in agricultural milking and cooling systems, based in Glinde, Germany. The primary responsibilities include conducting technical basic and advanced training, both theoretically and practically, for technicians of commercial partners. You will also be responsible for designing the training curriculum, creating educational materials and examination documents, and continuously improving the overall training process chain. The ideal candidate possesses a strong technical background in mechatronic systems, including mechanical, refrigeration, and electrical engineering, coupled with strong IT skills in MS Office, MS Teams, and network technology. This position requires excellent German and good English proficiency, a passion for technical education, an affinity for agriculture, and approximately 30% business travel, offering a secure and permanent role within a market leader in the dairy industry.
