Day-to-day tasks involve managing the full lifecycle of IT requests—from intake and prioritization in the ticketing system to sustainable resolution via remote access or onsite visits. A key focus is proactive monitoring expansion, alarm evaluation, comprehensive documentation, and knowledge sharing. You will contribute ideas that genuinely improve client security and stability, focusing on core areas like Patch Management, EDR, and Backup/Restore testing. The ideal candidate brings formal training or equivalent practical experience in System Integration, routine familiarity with Windows Client/Server and M365/Entra basics, and a structured, reliable approach to work.
