This critical role involves qualifying as a Certified Expert Plan Reviewer within the field of Control and Safety Technology (LST/Signaling) through a structured, multi-year mentorship program. Day-to-day responsibilities focus on conducting highly specialized technical design reviews and assessments of LST systems, ensuring strict adherence to underlying legal and technical regulations. The expert verifies the usability and proper deployment of approved components, materials, and systems, covering both hardware and software aspects of railway infrastructure. A key output involves creating detailed audit reports and expert opinions. Candidates must possess a degree in Electrical Engineering and over three years of professional experience as a Planning Engineer in LST. This position offers exceptional continuous professional development, covering technologies from legacy systems (e.g., SpDr S 60) to modern standards like ESTW, DSTW, and ETCS, while allowing the professional to work autonomously and contribute as a mentor to junior colleagues.
