Job Summary

This role involves acting as both a Consultant and Developer specializing in Robotic Process Automation (RPA), driving the digitalization and automation strategy within a dynamic 23-member team. The core responsibilities include analyzing existing business processes, identifying automation potential, and managing end-to-end RPA projects. Day-to-day tasks involve solution design, implementation, configuration, testing, and deployment of customer-centric RPA solutions using modern tools like UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere. The successful candidate will also be responsible for maintaining and optimizing existing RPA bots, ensuring governance and compliance, and providing training and consultation to internal stakeholders. This position is crucial for establishing future-proof working methods and advancing the company's digital transformation goals, requiring expertise in process analysis, project management, and software development fundamentals.

Required Skills

Education

Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or comparable qualification/training

Experience

  • Several years of relevant experience in implementing RPA projects using current modern tools
  • Several years of relevant experience in methods and tools for process analysis, optimization, monitoring, and controlling
  • Experience in project management, stakeholder management, and change management
  • Knowledge in software development and scripting languages
  • Basic knowledge in programming languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, VBA, C#) is advantageous
  • Prior knowledge of Signavio is preferred
