Job Summary

This role involves serving as the expert for the organizational process landscape, actively contributing to the company's digitalization strategy, particularly within the 'voran' future program focused on process excellence and high automation. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining close collaboration with Process Owners, ensuring adherence to governance and modeling specifications for continuous optimization of end-to-end processes, and managing the entire Change Request lifecycle (evaluation, prioritization, implementation). The manager will also organize, lead, and actively moderate cross-departmental Process Boards, handling escalation management and mediating complex issues. Furthermore, the role requires performing quality assurance, maturity measurements, and audits to ensure strict adherence to process standards. The ideal candidate must possess a Master's degree in Economics, Computer Science, or Engineering, coupled with extensive experience in business process management, including proficiency with tools like Signavio and various automation technologies.
