Job Summary

This role is designed for a highly experienced IT professional ready to assume responsibility for the stability, security, and availability of the entire IT system and infrastructure. Day-to-day tasks involve comprehensive administration, including planning and managing server systems, configuring and maintaining network infrastructures (LAN, WLAN, WAN, VPN), and handling all aspects of user, computer, and access management. The specialist will act as the technical point of contact for software, hardware, and network issues, while also driving the prioritization and implementation of departmental requests. Crucially, this position includes leadership responsibilities: participating in IT strategy planning, managing team development and training measures, and conducting feedback and hiring interviews.
