This role is a crucial IT Support Specialist position providing remote and telephone assistance to retail stores across Germany, Austria, Luxembourg, and Switzerland within the hearing acoustics and optics sector. The specialist will perform error analysis, troubleshoot various software products (including in-house developments and measuring/fitting software), and ensure compatibility.
