Job Summary

This role involves the operational management and support of the Digital Learning Lab for a leading public administration school in Munich. The specialist will be responsible for the daily functioning of the lab, including setting up and maintaining media technology such as Smartboards, cameras, and microphones, and performing first-level technical support for troubleshooting. A key component is providing direct support to both instructors and learners in utilizing digital tools like Moodle, BigBlueButton, and the Podcast Studio. The ideal candidate will have a background in public administration or a comparable qualification, possess basic technical understanding of IT and media equipment, and demonstrate strong organizational skills, reliability, and service orientation.
