Job Summary

This role as a Digital Coordinator involves the critical operation and maintenance of the Digital Learning Lab for the Digital Academy Bavaria, located in Munich. The coordinator will be responsible for the daily functionality of the lab, including setting up and testing media technology such as Smartboards, cameras, and microphones, and providing essential first-level technical support to users. Key duties include assisting instructors and learners with digital tools like Moodle and BigBlueButton, managing event logistics, and overseeing license and inventory administration. Ideal candidates must possess a relevant university degree (e.g., IT, Pedagogy, Administration) and demonstrate high digital competence, a strong grasp of learning platforms, and excellent organizational skills.
