Job Summary

This role requires an experienced technical professional to plan and design complex Technical Building Services (TGA), specifically focusing on Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, and Plumbing (HKLS) systems within challenging construction projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating detailed design and execution plans, performing crucial technical calculations—such as dimensioning air ducts, pipe networks, and determining heating/cooling loads—and preparing necessary quantity take-offs. You will also support project leaders in compiling comprehensive technical specifications. The ideal candidate has completed technical vocational training and holds qualifications as a state-certified Technician or Technical System Planner, coupled with professional experience in design and proficiency in CAD applications like AutoCAD or MEP.
