Job Summary

This position offers recent graduates in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics an intensive, eight-week trainee program designed to launch a career in electrical planning and automation. The program provides comprehensive training, covering hardware planning for energy and control systems using the EPLAN software, and focusing on PLC programming and visualization utilizing the Siemens TIA Portal. Candidates with prior practical or academic experience in these fields will receive a customized program duration and content. Upon successful completion, you will transition into a role as an Electrical Planner or PLC Programmer working on projects close to your residence. Key requirements include a relevant university degree, initial industrial experience from internships or a thesis, strong communication and organizational skills, and proficiency in German (C1) and English (B2).
