Job Summary
This role involves supporting the digital infrastructure of the German Armed Forces (Bundeswehr) by ensuring stable and efficient IT service delivery from the Schortens location. The IT Operations Coordinator will be responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of service requests, including the acceptance, qualitative review, and disposition of incoming fault reports, orders, and inquiries within the ticket system. A core function is the timely and economically efficient deployment and tool-supported steering of service technicians, ensuring adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and escalation processes. Furthermore, the coordinator assists with logistical activities, including material supply assurance for IT hardware, documentation, and configuration of IT/TK end devices. The position requires a relevant 3-year professional qualification and at least three years of professional experience in the IT sector, alongside fluent German skills.
