Job Summary

This critical role involves leading and developing the Business Intelligence (BI) team for a long-established partner in the hospitality and catering industry. The Team Lead is responsible for driving the company's data-driven strategy and acting as a key innovator for new BI solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include ensuring the stable operation of existing BI systems while simultaneously collaborating with the team to build a new Data & Analytics platform. You will be tasked with developing and establishing essential data products, such as dashboards, reports, and datasets, tailored for various target groups. Furthermore, the role requires analyzing and prioritizing requirements from specialist departments, creating technical specifications, and leading projects in an international environment. Candidates must have a relevant degree or vocational training with multi-year BI experience, strong proficiency in SQL, DAX, or Python, and practical experience with major BI systems like IBM Cognos, MS Fabric, or Power BI.
