Job Summary

This role seeks a dedicated Civil Engineer specializing in subsurface and road construction to manage and coordinate surface restoration measures following utility construction projects within the swa Netze GmbH. The successful candidate will be the primary technical expert responsible for organizing the technical, logistical, and scheduling aspects of surface restoration (OFW) projects. Day-to-day tasks include acting as a crucial interface between team leadership and technical specialists, communicating with internal departments, external construction firms, and municipal agencies. Key responsibilities involve conducting tenders, procurement procedures, quantity surveying, and invoice verification, alongside performing site inspections for quality assurance and warranty acceptance. Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with a focus on subsurface/road construction, coupled with several years of relevant experience in road construction project support.
