Job Summary

This role involves actively shaping the digitalization of customer and sales processes as an IT Application Manager focusing on the CRM landscape, specifically utilizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing). The professional will be responsible for the independent development, maintenance, and operational security of the CRM systems, including error analysis and resolution. Key responsibilities also include designing and implementing technical solutions for new requirements, integrating interfaces, and leveraging the Microsoft Power Platform. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent, expertise in CRM system configuration (ideally Dynamics 365), knowledge of data modeling, interface definition (REST, SOAP), and process design, coupled with an agile mindset for IT project execution. This position is critical for supporting and advising specialist departments on process optimization through digital solutions, ensuring the continued provision of essential services like clean energy and public mobility in the Augsburg region.
