Job Summary

This role involves serving as an Electrical Power Systems Planning Engineer, driving critical infrastructure projects for the municipal utility network (swa Netze GmbH). Day-to-day responsibilities include managing the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects for substations, switch houses, transformer stations, and various transformers. The engineer will advise clients on primary-side electrical energy distribution, develop medium-voltage grid connection concepts, and actively contribute to group-wide strategic energy transition initiatives. A key aspect is customer interaction, involving creating service offers and ensuring successful project completion. The position requires a successfully completed university degree in Electrical Engineering with a focus on Energy Technology and extensive professional experience in plant construction. The successful candidate must possess strong communication skills, a structured work approach, and excellent knowledge of technical standards (IEC, DIN, VDE).
