This role involves taking full overall responsibility for the planning, control, and successful implementation of complex building technology projects, primarily focusing on electrical and supply engineering systems within industrial and commercial construction. The Project Manager will handle both the technical and commercial leadership aspects, guiding projects from the initial concept phase through detailed execution planning and final acceptance. Key daily tasks include serving as the primary point of contact for clients, investors, and authorities, providing technical and economic consultation, and managing tender processes, including creating specifications and conducting negotiations. A critical component is the coordination and steering of all internal and external project stakeholders, ensuring strict adherence to quality standards, timelines, costs, and contractual obligations. The ideal candidate holds a degree or equivalent qualification (Master Craftsman, Technician, or Engineer) in Electrical or Supply Engineering, possesses multi-year professional experience in this field, and demonstrates strong communication skills in both German and English.
