Job Summary

This role is ideal for an ambitious IT professional looking to drive technological innovation and manage complex service delivery for leading clients. The Service Manager will be responsible for the planning and control of IT releases and updates, including reviewing release notes and implementing change requests. A core part of the role involves providing 3rd-level support for complex incidents and service requests, alongside continuous monitoring to ensure service quality, KPIs, and SLAs are met. The position also requires meticulous creation and maintenance of system and process documentation. Key qualifications include a degree or training in IT/Business Informatics, proven experience in a support environment, and foundational knowledge of ERP systems (SAP). Expertise in Coupa and strong proficiency in both German and English are mandatory for success in this challenging role.
