Job Summary

This Development Engineer role focuses on the autonomous development of complex, electrical, and mobile large-scale equipment, ensuring high reliability and adherence to environmental standards. Daily responsibilities include providing technical expertise for system layout, designing switching and control systems, and executing system commissioning and testing. The engineer will also contribute to the design of testing environments, manage interface specifications, and oversee the product lifecycle, including the critical transition into serial production and subsequent product support. Furthermore, the role involves creating comprehensive technical documentation according to valid standards. Key qualifications include a degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics, coupled with fundamental knowledge of plant and large equipment construction, and professional experience in testing and measurement technology. The position requires negotiation-level English and proficient German (B2+) to thrive in this complex, interdisciplinary environment.
