Job Summary

This Specialist Engineer role focuses on driving automation and technical project management within production facilities, specifically covering chip processing, mechanical processing, and poly-cleaning areas. The professional will be responsible for the end-to-end planning and projecting of production plants, including rigorous cost and deadline tracking. Key daily tasks involve supporting the creation of technical concepts and feasibility studies, managing repair and investment projects (including potential project leadership), and overseeing the successful commissioning and optimization of new systems. A critical component of the role is ensuring adherence to all relevant legal requirements, technical standards, and quality specifications, as well as coordinating external personnel. Candidates must possess a completed university degree in Electrical Engineering, strong cross-disciplinary knowledge in automation and machine safety, and proven experience in project execution. Excellent proficiency in both German and English is mandatory for communication within the team and with external partners.
