Job Summary

This role offers an exciting opportunity to launch or advance an IT career by joining a prominent project in Tittmoning. As a Service Desk Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for IT support, handling First Level Support tasks including receiving, processing, and responding to inquiries and disruptions via phone, email, and monitoring systems. A key part of the job involves incident management, utilizing a ticketing system to document and resolve customer requests, and escalating complex issues while ensuring adherence to agreed response times. Additionally, you will contribute to Second Level Support by executing defined technical tasks, managing user accounts, and installing standard and specialized software. The ideal candidate holds a completed IT-related education, possesses strong knowledge of Microsoft OS and MS Office, and has fluent German and English skills. Experience or certification in ITIL is a significant advantage, emphasizing a service-oriented and results-driven approach.
