Job Summary

The successful candidate will manage the critical transition of both standard and customized electronic products from initial manufacturing into efficient series production, ensuring strict adherence to quality, time, and cost targets. Daily responsibilities include defining assembly workflows based on Lean principles and Industry 4.0 standards, creating comprehensive documentation such as work plans and testing instructions, and maintaining master data within PDM/PLM and ERP systems. Key qualifications include a technical degree or technician certification in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or Mechatronics, coupled with proven experience in electronic component production environments.
