Job Summary

As a Planning and Dispatch Manager, you will be instrumental in coordinating internal assembly teams and external service providers, ensuring seamless project execution from preparation to completion. Your daily tasks will involve technical preparation of orders for manufacturing, assembly, and construction sites, creating and maintaining technical documents, assembly instructions, and workflow plans. You will also be responsible for planning and organizing assembly steps, including construction site logistics and third-party trades, and developing efficient process concepts. This role requires strong organizational skills, technical expertise in plant construction or assembly technology, and excellent communication to act as a key interface between project management, manufacturing, purchasing, and the construction site.
