Job Summary

This leadership role involves overseeing and ensuring the functional capability of production plants through strategic planning, control, and monitoring of all electrical maintenance activities. Key responsibilities include optimizing spare parts inventory by analyzing wear frequencies, establishing efficient maintenance intervals, and ensuring strict adherence to safety and health regulations through staff training and technical inspections. The Head of Maintenance will also be involved in the planning, setup, and commissioning of new, highly automated production facilities, acting as the legally responsible electrical specialist for the operation. Candidates must possess a background in electrical engineering or automation, combined with professional experience in a comparable leadership position, strong analytical and organizational skills, and proficiency in PLC programming (Simatic S7/TIA, Codesys) and circuit diagram creation (EPLAN P8 preferred).
