This critical role supports the energy transition by managing the entire process for grid feed-in systems—from registration to billing—for the swa Netze GmbH. The Engineer will analyze complex metering concepts, ensure strict compliance with regulations (EEG and KWKG), and coordinate major projects between customers, contractors, suppliers, and authorities. A key focus involves contributing to strategic, group-wide energy transition projects and developing future-oriented digital process structures to enhance automation within feed-in systems. The ideal candidate must possess a degree in Electrical Engineering with an Energy Technology focus and multi-year experience in decentralized feed-in processes into power distribution networks. This position offers a clear career path, as the incumbent is expected to assume leadership of a team of eight employees in the medium term, making entrepreneurial thinking and structured work essential.
