Job Summary

This role is a critical position within a modern, mid-sized IT solutions company based in Heidelberg, offering a secure, permanent contract and a highly collaborative environment with short decision paths. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing essential 1st and 2nd level support, managing user requests, incidents, and tickets efficiently. Key daily tasks include the installation, configuration, and maintenance of both hardware and software, as well as crucial account and access rights administration using Azure AD. You will also actively participate in IT rollouts and smaller departmental projects, working closely with production teams and other specialized departments. The ideal applicant must possess a completed IT qualification, mandatory professional experience in IT support, and proven expertise with Azure AD to ensure smooth IT operations for all users.
