Job Summary

This role involves serving as the Deputy Manager for a drinking water laboratory, overseeing a team of four employees. Key daily tasks include conducting chemical analyses of drinking water, wastewater, raw water, and legionella using classical methods like titration, photometry, and AAS. A major focus is ensuring compliance with quality assurance standards, specifically maintaining the Quality Management System according to DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025:2018, and conducting internal audits. The Deputy Manager will also handle customer inquiries (written, phone, and on-site), prepare quotations, and collaborate with the certified wastewater operations laboratory. Candidates must hold a university degree in Chemistry (Bachelor or Master) or equivalent natural science qualification (e.g., Technician) and possess professional experience in drinking water supply, wastewater treatment, and quality management.
