Job Summary

This role involves serving as the primary IT contact, providing technical and organizational support to staff at rehabilitation clinics regarding their hardware and software equipment. Key responsibilities include assisting employees with the Clinic Information System (KIS), performing preparatory and follow-up work for external service provider inspections, and developing user manuals and conducting training sessions for new and existing staff. The integrator will also be responsible for administering, configuring, and maintaining stand-alone IT systems, monitoring specialized technology (including medical devices), and ensuring their connection to the KIS. Candidates must possess a degree or equivalent qualification in IT and several years of relevant professional experience, particularly in IT support, troubleshooting, and system administration (including MS Windows and MS Office). This position offers an opportunity to contribute significantly to the ongoing digitalization of the clinic group, requiring strong service orientation and communication skills.

Required Skills

Education

University degree (Bachelor, Diploma FH) in IT or equivalent qualification (e.g., IT-specific qualification) OR completed vocational training in IT or comparable multi-year practical experience in IT

Experience

  • Several years of job-relevant professional experience in IT
  • Experience in the installation, administration, and configuration of IT systems and operating systems
  • Experience in technical IT support, specifically problem analysis and troubleshooting

Languages

German (Fluent)
