Job Summary

This role involves dynamic project management and hands-on chemical analysis related to rocket propellants for the renowned ArianeGroup. The Chemical Engineer will independently manage and implement project content, including developing new chemical processes for substance analysis and organizing and conducting analyses of spacecraft propellants, such as non-volatile residue (NVR) testing. A key responsibility is the autonomous creation and evaluation of project-specific documentation (Acceptance Data Package) for customer delivery. Furthermore, the role requires continuous review of safety documentation (Hazard Assessments/Workplace Descriptions) in coordination with safety specialists, managing waste disposal (HSE), and overseeing the maintenance of laboratory equipment and measuring instruments. Successful candidates must hold a degree in Chemistry or Chemical Process Engineering and possess over three years of professional experience in maintenance, aerospace, and technical documentation. Fluency in both German and English is required to navigate the technical and administrative demands of this critical position.
