Job Summary

This role involves supporting critical administrative and quality assurance functions within a Regional Area Workshop of the German Federal Police. The specialist will independently manage tasks following legal guidelines, including assisting in the preparation of decommissioning and accident reports, coordinating investigations and controls, and handling property matters. A key responsibility is the independent administration and management of all motor vehicles, equipment, and tools for the workshop and its satellite offices, alongside coordinating personnel driver's license affairs. Candidates must possess a completed vocational qualification in administration or a comparable three-year commercial/administrative background, coupled with strong organizational skills, reliability, and proficiency in MS Office applications.
