Job Summary

This role is for an experienced IT Service Technician specializing in on-site support for a leading global IT service provider. Day-to-day responsibilities involve providing crucial 2nd-level support for client systems, including PCs, notebooks, and printers. You will manage and process customer tickets using dedicated tools, troubleshoot issues within Windows (Win7/Win10) and MS Office environments (2013/2016/365), and perform IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) services. A key requirement is the ability to handle the processes of multiple customers simultaneously while deployed within the Rhine/Main area. Candidates must possess completed vocational training or at least one year of IT practice, coupled with a minimum of three years of dedicated 2nd-level support experience. The position offers a permanent contract and stable employment within a structured, tariff-bound environment.
