Job Summary

This role is for an IT Service Technician specializing in client-side IT infrastructure. Day-to-day, you'll be responsible for executing IMAC (Installation, Move, Add, Change) tasks, which includes configuring and installing PCs, notebooks, printers, and other peripherals. You will also handle the delivery and imaging of devices, set up workstations according to technical specifications, and support IT rollouts and office moves. A key part of the role involves providing onsite user support for technical client-related issues and meticulously documenting all activities within a ticketing system.
