Job Summary
This specialist role provides essential technical and organizational support for the regional adult education center (regiovhs). Day-to-day tasks involve managing presentation technology, providing technical support, handling system maintenance, and ensuring data integrity through proper archiving, import/export, and permissions management. The position is central to master data management, defining and optimizing workflows, troubleshooting errors, and acting as the primary IT interface between the local government administration and the regiovhs. Furthermore, the specialist is responsible for maintaining the organization's online presence, coordinating external technical service providers, managing IT procurement and utilization contracts, and performing financial calculations, monitoring, and reporting for the IT and technology budget. Key requirements include a relevant vocational qualification in administration or IT, strong technical understanding, and a structured, service-oriented approach. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as an Administrative Specialist or Public Administration Professional. Alternatively, completed vocational training in the IT sector (e.g., IT Specialist, IT Management Assistant, or Digitalization Management Assistant).
